"Most of the artworks I show in public are color-rich landscapes and abstracts, or figurative pieces and portraits. Here, instead, you see my "private" work, from a series of drawings that I endlessly – or perhaps mindlessly – generate while talking on the phone or watching TV or sitting at the park while my kids play. I consider these drawings to be surrealistic in nature, but call them, affectionately, doodles."

"My paintings explore color, freshness, and cohesiveness, while I lean on subject matter that grips me with its visual shock, beauty, and warmth."
