Weekly Painting Hour is an invitation to work on your own painting in the company of fellow artists on Zoom.

If your life interferes with your painting practice, come any Thursday for an hour of sacred studio time - while listening to a sound that helps you tap into your creative source.

It's free and open to any interested artist.

To start, we each set our intention for the hour.
For a couple quiet minutes we listen to the HU song, then begin to paint.
We continue painting as the HU alternates with periods of silence.
At the end of the hour you may share how it went - or simply hop off.

Come try it once - and return as often as you like!

First time? Arrive on time so you can get comfortable and ask any questions.
