Weekly Painting Hour is an invitation to paint in the company of fellow artists on Zoom.

If a busy life keeps you from your painting practice, come any (or every) Thursday for an hour of sacred studio time. You'll work on your own painting while the sound of HU helps you tap into your creative source.

It's free and open to any interested artist.

First, we each set our intention for the hour.
We take a moment to focus, then begin to paint.
The HU sound alternates with periods of silence.
At the end of the hour you may share how it went - or simply hop off.

Come try it once - and return as often as you like!
